In UPSI, we believed that a university is more than just a place for conducting training. Instead, it is a place where learning process are developed for the sole purpose of enhancing the qualities and values of human civilisations.

On another level, UPSI is inspired to continue its tradition of teaching excellence that has spanned almost 80 years with hope that each new day will breed seeds of success and unique experiences as it had for the last eight decades.

The University recognises its significant contribution towards a national legacy in teaching and education. As the new era ushers multi challenges and robust changes, the University understands that vigour, determination and unweavering heart will be the propelling power that it needs in order to rise above all.

To accomplish its main purpose of producing quality graduates capable of fullfilling the nation’s need for competent human resource, UPSI is committed to develop the students’ potential and staff’s expertise so that they will embrace the following qualities:
